Mixed caseload for a Lawyer with Conveyancing and Litigation expertise in central London.
Our client is a well-established, multi-office practice with a strong presence across the capital providing expert advice and representation in all aspects of property law. With an in-depth knowledge of the market in London, they also serve clients with agricultural and commercial property interests country-wide. Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
A rare opportunity for a talented and driven Lawyer with dual experience in both Residential Conveyancing and Litigation to join our clients’ flourishing practice in London. Becoming part of a growing and CQS accredited firm, the successful Lawyer will manage a diverse and demanding caseload incorporating all aspects of residential property transactions and litigation including contentious property work. The ability to work with minimal supervision and participate in business development activities are essential for the position. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earning Paralegal with a solid background in Residential Conveyancing and Litigation.You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.You will be able to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Prior experience of business development would be advantageous.You will be a proactive team player with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
