Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor/Associate looking to join an established Legal 500 firm?

They are consistently developing their commercial offering and this has subsequently become the primary focus of their practice. They are now an established name in the area and are rated highly for a number of practice areas, including corporate law. 

There is now an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor/Associate to join the firms growing corporate department. You will be working as a lead associate and your workload will focus on matters such as: M&A's, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, investments, and acquisitions and disposals of businesses.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3-5+ years' PQE
• Able to act as lead associate on all manner of corporate cases
• Strong business development skills  
• IT literate and familiar with case management systems
