Leasehold Enfranchisment Lawyer

A well-established, Legal 500 firm with offices spanning Surrey and London now have a rare opportunity for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer to join an award-winning Leasehold Enfranchisement team at their Guildford office on a full-time, permanent basis.

A multi-award winning, Legal 500 and Chambers rated UK law firm, my client is one of the South's leading practices for Leasehold Enfranchisement, recognised by the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) They have the specialist knowledge, expertise and experience to advise an extensive client base in respect of any Leasehold Enfranchisement matter; typically advising both landlords and leaseholders on a range of matters. These include: Extending Leases, Buying or Selling Freehold Reversions, The Right to Manage and Missing Landlord claims.

Consequently, to continued success and expansion, department are seeking an ambitious, specialist Enfranchisement Fee Earner to join a team of 3 to handle a rapidly growing, mixed case-load of work, while also managing and developing new business, through client contact/ networking.

You will be a CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with at least 6 months' experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement. You will have had valuable experience of running your own case-load but will have support from the Partner in the team - a wonderful opportunity for development and progression within a supportive environment.
