Residential Property Locum – East Anglia – June start – 1 - 3 months +

An exciting opportunity has become available for an accomplished Residential Property Locum to cover a period of permanent recruitment. Our client is a fast growing Cambridgeshire based law firm.

You will be responsible for handling a busy residential property caseload to include the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold residential property from instruction to completion. You will also act for developers in the sale of newly built properties.

The successful applicant must have previous experience autonomously handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

You will have previous experience using case management systems and be IT proficient, as secretarial support is not provided.

The firm have been long associated with excellent service; therefore it's essential that you adopt a client orientated approach.
