You will have at least ten years’ experience at a top regional or legal 200 level firm and extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters including mergers, acquisitions, MBO/MBI and Shareholders Agreements.
The firm is a top tier law firm with offices nationwide, looking to expand its Cambridgeshire based operation into the corporate market. You will be responsible for building the department, developing your own client base and creating a strong team around you.
