Senior Residential Property Job in Bristol with national law firm


Your new firm
This long established firm are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Residential Property team and advise clients upon residential conveyancing transactions, as well as to develop residential conveyancing instructions in their Bristol office and raise and develop their profile in the local residential conveyancing market. They receive national recognition for their sector-focused approach and are chosen by clients for their in-depth industry and sector knowledge and the inter-relationship between them.

They are looking for a lawyer to join their Residential Conveyancing team to provide a holistic service in respect of the sale or transfer of estate property. You will work to develop and implement a business plan in keeping with the wider Real Estate and Private Client teams' objectives to enable the teams to grow through existing and new work sources, and raise the firms profile in the local market.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a solicitor with 5 years plus PQE and an expert in the specialist area of residential conveyancing. You will have a track record in business development and demonstrate a polished approach to be able to confidently deal with high net worth clients. You will have a commercial approach to your work and knowledge of residential property and the conveyancing process particularly as applied to acquisitions, disposals and leases of residential land and buildings. You will be self-motivated to create opportunities to generate new business and provide coaching, support and mentoring to junior members of the team to help develop their career development and improve team working practices.
