Our client, a leading North West law firm based in Greater Manchester are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Property team.
The role will involve handling your own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Leases, Covenants, Investment & Lending, Warranties & Agreements and Contracts.
The ideal applicant will possess previous Commercial Property experience and be comfortable working under minimal supervision and able to prioritise and multi-task. Additionally you will possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and able to demonstrate a history of providing a high standard of customer care.
