Our client, a well-established and regionally respected law firm based near Oxford is proud to offer a tailored, high quality legal service to individuals and businesses. Due to their continued success the firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit an experienced individual who is client focused, flexible and can make a positive impact in a firm that is ready and willing to invest in your career.
The role will enable the Private Client Solicitor to support and actively build upon the senior solicitor's caseload through business development and networking. To succeed in this role the candidate must have experience dealing with:
- Wills and Probate matters
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Tax and Trust matters
- Elderly client issues
Applications for this Private Client Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 1 year or more post qualified experience working in a busy high street practice. A candidate who has either willing to work toward STEP membership will be favourable. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to market and network effectively and can work under minimal supervision.
