Your new firm
This highly regarded national firm is seeking a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team based in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity and a role, which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. Your new role
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking two fee earning residential conveyancers to join their flourishing team based in Bristol. You will be responsible for day to day conduct of conveyancing files and all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and related work.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual in addition to possessing strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or be studying towards CILEx qualifications. You will be confident handling a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion and willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation within Bristol and the wider region. A sound understanding of the residential conveyancing process or plot sales is essential. You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a heavy workload - therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative. In addition, you will be dealing with client telephone calls so a good telephone manner and the confidence to deal with a wide range of people will be important.
