Dynamic US law firm in London is looking to recruit a new HR Assistant to provide first class administrative support to their busy HR Department.  Responsibilities will include preparing induction programmes for all new joiners, setting up induction meetings, preparing draft offer letters and contracts, maintaining the leavers and joiner checklists, collating HR related information for the weekly news updates, maintaining data in the HR system, sending out mid and end probation review reminders, assisting the Senior HR Manager with completing benchmarking surveys, attending employee relation meetings and creating agendas and minutes for meetings.  You will also be required to assist with all benefit and pension schemes administration, research venues and organise partner lunches, assist in the administration of office moves and process expense reimbursement requests.  Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have excellent computer literacy and should be able to work well within a team.  Experience with previous HR systems would be preferred, while experience within a professional services environment is essential. It would also be beneficial should you be part CIPD qualified.  This firm is based in stunning City offices and offer a fantastic benefits package.
