Business Restructuring and Reorganization Paralegal

We are currently working on behalf of an International law firm who are looking for a paralegal to join their Business Restructuring and Reorganization team on an initial six month contract.

On a day to day basis you will be asked to collate documents, prepare bundles, draft witness statements and participate in disclosure exercises as well as undertake legal research.

The successful candidate will have experience at a similar top tier practice in the corporate and/or finance team. You must also have experience with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
