Paralegal

A Mayfair based investment company who provide investment services, as well as financial planning, investment management and investment advisory services to it;s predominately private investor client base, is
is looking to recruit a permanent paralegal to support its General Counsel and Company Secretary.

You will be working within a small team, and have a varied spread of work which will consist of both paralegal, legal secretarial and company secretariat work. You will be required to assist with board packs , risk committee papers, amend and review documents , including correspondence, commercial contracts and company policies. You will be involved in the case management of restrictive covenants, and be required to attend board meetings , transcribing minutes, as well as assist the General Counsel with general diary management and legal administrative work.

It is essential that you have at least a few years' experience of working as a paralegal , with prior experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and NDA .You will ideally with have in-house experience, and be able to demonstrate how you have worked closely with senior management . You will be looking to take on a role which has a varied spread of work, so a "can do" attitude is imperative . Although some company secretarial experience would be preferred , this is not a prerequisite for the role.
