A FTSE 100 company requires a driven and ambitious Commercial Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. You will play a pivotal role, supporting the Commercial team with large projects and liaising with clients from varied backgrounds. The Role:
- Joining a small department, you will be working in a friendly and successful team of nine.
- Playing a pivotal role in the legal team, you will provide legal and administrative support to the in-house team.
- The function of your role will be to provide commercial and legal advice to the company and their varied client base.
- The day to day tasks you will be assigned will include legal research, drafting documents as well as taking part In team projects.
The Candidate:
- For this role it is essential that you hold a form of legal qualification, whether this be an LLB Degree, LPC or CILEX qualification.
- You must have prior experience of working in Commercial law.
- Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
- You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong IT skills are highly desired for this role.
