THE ROLE

Within the energy, infrastructure and project finance team which advises developers, funders and investors on the development, financing and operation of a wide range of energy projects and activities.

The global team serves clients in the power, oil and gas, renewable, nuclear, energy trading, climate change and water markets.

Alongside energy companies, clients include project sponsors, corporations, developers, financial institutions, governments, utilities and regulatory bodies.

The lawyers provide strategic advice on planning, development, financing and permitting matters, as well as legislative, political and regulatory issues.

ABOUT YOU

Candidates who have between 3-5PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake the available role.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, ideally with considerable experience of finance documents acting for lenders or borrowers. They will also need developed team working and communication skills.

A pro-active, commercial and flexible approach to help drive the team forward is essential.

With previous experience in a similar role in private practice the successful candidate will need to possess excellent technical skills.
