A very exciting opportunity has arisen with the Banking and Finance team of a leading global law firm in Belfast. They are presently conducting a search for an ambitious Banking and Finance lawyer to join their ranks and are open minded on PQE.

The firm represents many of the leading FTSE 250 clients, including major banks, financial institutions, energy and utility companies and provides a full range of advice on finance matters from, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructuring and refinancing and receives high praise from their clients for understanding their sectors, their strategic goals and vision

Your new role

Your new role will see you working on a broad range of banking and finance matters in a supportive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Legal 500 Chambers rated lawyers in a team that provides high quality, specialist advice, in a a multi-disciplinary banking practice with global reach

What you'll need to succeed

You will have exposure to at least a banking or finance seat during your training contract at a City or regional firm

Experience of LMA banking documentation is highly desirable

All levels of PQE will be considered

You must be driven and ambitious
