I am on the lookout for Commercial Property Solicitors who would be interested in talking to firms in the Kings Lynn area.

The successful candidate will be expected to deal with the broad range of commercial property matters including things such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development and planning matters.

It is essential that you have the experience to be able to deal with a caseload with minimal supervision and there will be an excellent chance to play a key part in the business development activities of the firm. Working alongside an existing director based in the Kings Lynn office you will be an important member of the team right from day 1.

The firm sees this as a strategic appointment and hope that the person they bring on board will be a long term appointment with promotions and progression up to partner level envisaged over time.

Therefore this role would suit someone looking to make a move to a firm with realistic partner prospects within one of the regions leading law practices in the relatively short/medium term.

The salary will be dependent on experience.
