Billing Analyst

This client is global law firm with offices in key business centres across the Americas, Asia and Europe. The firm employs approximately 2000 lawyers. Their London office has a headcount of circa 800 and offices in the City

A permanent position has opened up for a Billing Analyst to join their Accounts department. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of billing related activities and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Produce and process accurate bills

Review and edit pre-bills

Despatch of bills

Ensure compliance with VAT and SAR's

Process time and disbursement write-offs

Assist with working capital management

Assisting with client and matter rates management

Review and verify accuracy of billing documentation

Resolve billing queries

Create and distribute related reports

Assist with projects as required

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have significant experience in a billing position, in a global law firm environment

Effective communication skills

The ability to prioritise workloads

Good knowledge of SARs and UK VAT

Adaptable and flexible
