My client is a distinguished global law firm, based in the heart of the city, who are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their London team.
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing and developing recruitment strategies for graduates, business services, lawyers and partners across the firm’s global network. The role will have a focus on driving change across the firm, defining the way the firm attracts and recruit’s talent.
The key duties will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for fee earner and business services.
- Developing talent pools with a focus on improving hiring times across the London office.
- Driving direct sourcing and developing new strategies for talent acquisition.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
- Developing alternative routes to market including LinkedIn, use of alumni, job boards and market mapping providers.
The Recruitment Manager role will be experienced in recruitment at a managerial level, in either a legal or professional services area. You will be willing to take initiative in shaping recruitment processes and talent acquisition, whilst building strong working relationships and providing leadership to the team. A flexible approach to work and an ability to adapt to changing environments will be expected. Experience of recruitment performance measurement and target metrics is essential.
