Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Senior Banking Precedents Lawyer to join their Banking practice.
The role will involve drafting and updating precedent documentation, guidance notes and practice guides for financing transactions in addtion to advising internal clients on key legal developments affecting precedent documentation and market practice, training and knowhow.
The successful candidate must have precedents experience. They are flexible as to current location and will consider someone already based in Australia, a returner or someone who is not from Australia but would like to move there.
The role can be based anywhere in Australia! Great salary on offer.
