Marketing & BD Manager for Energy & Resources to £60,000 at International Law Firm

<p>Leading and expanding international law firm is looking to recruit a new Marketing and Business Development Manager to manage their Energy and Resources groups.&nbsp; You will be tasked to promote the profile of this area of the business, develop key client relationships and drive revenue growth, working collaboratively with the central and regional marketing teams.&nbsp; You will be responsible for supporting the Partners to develop a clear strategy and business plan for your groups and manage a range of strategically aligned marketing and client development activities, ensuring plans are delivered in a timely and efficient manner plus you will be expected to develop strong and influential relationships with Partners, fee earners, marketing and other colleagues internationally in order to secure their engagement and support for the delivery of your business development programme. &nbsp;Applicants must have previous management experience from within a law firm, be degree level or equivalent industry experience, have in-depth understanding of company/commercial business development and marketing strategies, bring a proven ability of working across all levels of business, preferably within a multi-jurisdictional environment and have demonstrable experience of initiating and implementing successful business development and marketing communications activities, including managing and leading integrated sector-focused and client development plans; developing and implementing business plans and managing the pitch process.&nbsp;</p>
