Residential Conveyancer

My client is a well established law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding Residential Property team in Portsmouth.

My client is an award winning, regional law firm with a fantastic reputation in the property market. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their Property Department in Portsmouth. My client is a thriving law firm with a fantastic office culture and work ethic. You would be working with ambitious and motivated individuals as part of a friendly Residential Property team.

The role will involve handling a mixed caseload of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in conveyancing and will be familiar with unregistered and registered property as well as new builds, buy-to-let, help-to-buy etc.
