Motor Personal Injury Claims Handler, Sheffield

A highly regarded top 50 firm is looking to recruit an experienced claims handler to join the team in Sheffield. The role involves handling cases for the insurers policy holders' losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents.This involves handling a caseload of claims from retention to settlement.This role will work purely on the MOJ claims.

The role is extremely varied and main duties will include liaising with a variety of clients and medical professionals, research, arranging meetings, letters of claim, quantum, general administration including filing etc. You will have a professional attitude and be able to adapt to difficult situations with sensitivity and care. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will ideally have personal injury file handling experience in a similar environment working for an insurers. Ideal applicants will have prior experience of handling MOJ claims.

Candidates will a minimum of 6 months relevant experience who have completed a law degree, LPC, or are studying for ILEX will be considered
