My client is a leading European law firm based in the City, who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract.

The HR Business Partner will act as the operational interface between HR and a dedicated client group.

The key duties will include:

  • Pro-actively developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing commercial solutions to complex HR issues, managing risk and financial exposure
  • Assisting in identifying key retention strategies and formal development plans for high potential talent
  • Providing support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy

The HR Business Partner will have gained extensive generalist experience within a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be committed to delivering a first-class partnering service to their client group. They will have proven project and time management skills, and be able to deliver effectively to strict deadlines. A CIPD or PM qualification is highly sought after.
