Excellent opening has arisen for an experienced, commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor who has strong local links to join an established, progressive law firm in Essex.

• They are looking for someone who is dynamic, forward thinking who wishes to be part of their growth and share the firm’s core values.
• The role will involve dealing with advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases being granted, assigned and renewed, lease extensions, drafting and approving leases, sub leases and associated deeds, notices etc.
