A distinguished global law firm based in central London is looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of high calibre trainee/experienced lawyers, in addition to business services for the London office.
The key duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries.
- Maintaining the applicant tracking systems.
- Scheduling interviews and managing assessment/testing.
- Monitoring and updating websites, Intranet and external job boards.
- Coordinating events such as summer vacation schemes, open days and work experience programmes.
- Booking law fairs and presentations and associated travel.
- Taking an active involvement in team meetings.
The Recruitment Administrator would suit a candidate with an administrative background in a legal or professional services HR team. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills, remain calm in pressurised situations and adapt quickly to change. Experience of managing events is desirable.
