Insurance Fraud Fee Earners - BirminghamTop Insurance litigation firm are looking for Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with previous litigation experience to join their fast paced fraud team.
As a member of this tight knitted team you will be expected to handle a caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated work. Cases will include RTA and EL/PL. The caseload shall be varied to include high value specialist claims and smaller less complex ones. In light of this you will have excellent litigation skills preferably within personal injury, however candidates from a general civil litigation background will be considered. You will have direct contact with clients and it is therefore essential you are a confident litigator and communicator.
