Are you a NQ - 4 year PQE Solicitor with litigation experience, ideally experience of handling property/household insurance? This cohesive property risk team with a leading Legal 500 law firm. An exciting opportunity has arisen within this fast paced, dynamic Bristol property recoveries litigation department.

Our client works for the largest UK insurers and provides undeniable service and outcomes to its clients which you could become a part of.

To be successful you will possess and have the ability to demonstrate the following:

• The will and ability to litigate rather than shy away from it
• Adopt a smart and clever approach to litigation
• Good transferable skills- debt collection/insurance background an advantage.
• Ability to apply the law and know the CPR or at the very least your way around it
• An understanding and application of subrogation
• Client or Defendant background
• Ability to manage litigated claims in excess of £150,000 relating to tree, flood and water damage
• Demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
• Commercially and financially astute
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A hard worker with a zest for grasping the requirements of the cases and settling them
