An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a public sector organisation based in the East Midlands on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be dealing with commercial matters including:
- IP agreements
- Research & Collaboration agreements
- Funding agreements
- Memorandum of understanding
- Governance issues
Due to the varied and busy nature of the caseload, it is essential that you have prior experience of managing the matters listed above and are comfortable acting with little or no supervision.
