The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Lawyer into their flourishing, St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work, the caseload will be varied and include high value deals, this will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a client base ranging from SME, entrepreneurs, national companies and FTSE 250 companies. The work will include; M&A, Company share purchases, Company formations, Shareholder agreements, Share capital, Joint ventures and Share rights.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partnership.

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE (the firm are seeking to hire two junior at the more junior end.
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
