In-House Regulatory Compliance Manager – Financial Services

An exciting opportunity has been created with a leading global group to oversee the implementation of a new regulatory compliance programme across their UK and Irish subsidiaries. The role will lead a team managing regulatory change in the business and play a key role in a specialist management team.

The role will entail taking an important lead in working with regulators including FCA; setting objectives and priorities; assessing training requirements; mentoring of compliance staff;

responding to consultations and industry debates; setting and maintaining regulatory reporting and lead relevant decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and degree. You will have prior experience of the above including managing relationships with regulators; FCA regulations gained while working in financial services and previous team management experience. Effective communication, judgement and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You must inspire colleagues.
