Plots Conveyancer

Exciting opportunity for a Plots Conveyancer to join a leading national practice based in Birmingham. Ranked highly in the Legal500, this law firm is enjoying large scale success across the spectrum of practice sectors. This role is ideally suited for a Licenced Conveyancer or an experienced Paralegal, who can demonstrate a good working knowledge of the plot sales processes.

This vacancy will be plot sales focussed, and you will be working very closely with several of the UK's largest housebuilder organisations, from reservation through to completion. With increasing demand in the market for housing, the number of instructions coming through to the firm is rising. You will be a key component in progressing a large number of matters, as well as working closely with the wider team on other files.

This is a fast paced environment, but you will be working within a very supportive environment. Although good knowledge of the conveyancing process is a requirement, it is also essential that your personality is compatible with the firm's culture.
