A Legal 500 practice in Cambridge requires the assistance of a Commercial Property locum Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is to start as soon as possible.

Experience in handling a full commercial property caseload is essential. The matters you will be handling will include, but are not limited to:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Commercial leases and lease extensions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial developments
• Option agreements
• Property finance
• Lettings of shops, offices and industrial units
• Easements and covenants

The ideal candidate will be available immediately or at short notice and be able to commit to at least six months in duration.
