Trade Mark Paralegal

An established and highly successful trade Mark team now seek an additional paralegal to support their Trade Mark attorneys. A fully immersed Trade Mark paralegal opportunity, this role will be an integral team member and be involved in the full Trade Mark spectrum including;-  

-    reclassification issues for existing registered marks,
-    incoming office actions under the supervision of a technically responsible person, such as specification queries and formalities 
-    collating evidence and potentially drafting affidavits, statutory declarations and witness statements,
-    assisting with new filings,
-    gathering evidence for litigious matters
-    dealing with documents such as Powers of Attorney
-    dealing with extension of time requests
-    coordinating large filing programmes under the supervision of a fee earner, 
-    maintaining a schedule of fees and protocols for foreign filing programme estimates.

The successful candidate must have previous Trade Mark paralegal experience.
