The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient Lawyer to join a CQS accredited department based in Dorset. With the skills and expertise to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will undertake a broad mix of high value freehold and leasehold conveyancing from instruction to post completion. Areas may include: sales and purchases; remortgages; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; but to lets. In addition, the successful Lawyer will actively immerse themselves within business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department’s services.
Our client is particularly keen to hear from Lawyers with some commercial and/or agricultural experience, however this is not essential as the role will have a residential focus. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within Conveyancing;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
Commercial Property and agricultural experience is highly advantageous but not essential;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be IT Literate;
Team leadership experience is desirable but not essential;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will have a desire for professional development.
