Residential Conveyancer - New Build

My client is a well established law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with experience with New Build Properties to join their expanding Residential Property team in Southampton.

My client is an award winning, regional law firm with a fantastic reputation in the property market. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their New Build Department in Southampton. My client is a thriving law firm with a fantastic office culture and work ethic. You would be working with ambitious and motivated individuals as part of a friendly Residential Property team.

The role will involve handling a mixed caseload of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases with a heavy focus on New Build Properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in conveyancing and will have experience dealing with New Build Properties.
