Corporate Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE)

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor on behalf of a well-respected international firm of Solicitors. You will be based in the central Manchester office and would be joining the Corporate team.

This role will see you supporting Partners on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets work, cross border transactions, group re-organisations and private equity work. 

The ideal candidate will have between 0-3 PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered), have excellent academic credentials and corporate experience gained in a respected firm. Knowledge and experience of private equity or capital markets work would be a distinct advantage but this is not essential.
