Our client is a top law firm in the City.
Description
This Immigration Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Managing own caseload under supervision.
- Ad-hoc admin tasks.
- Assisting in client care.
- Recording notes in meetings.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Liaising with the Home Office.
Profile
For this Immigration Paralegal role our client is looking for:
- Law degree or equivalent/GDL with a minimum of a 2:1.
- Legal Practice Course highly preferable.
- An understanding of Tier 1, Tier 4 and Tier 5 of the Points Based System, with particular experience of Tier 2.
- Prior expertise in an Immigration Paralegal role and a strong interest in Immigration.
