Excellent opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join a growing team on the Essex/London border.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a growing team based in Romford. With the skills and expertise to manage a varied caseload, the successful Lawyer will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; drafting and approving landlord and tenant related documentation; lease extensions and renewals; property finance; conditional contracts and; options and agreements. In addition the successful Lawyer will assist with residential property matters as required, therefore previous residential experience will be required.
Keen to take an active role in the continued growth and development of the department, the successful Lawyer will immerse themselves in business development and networking initiatives and build and strengthen client and professional relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
You will have solid experience in both commercial and residential property;
You will be commercially aware and have good technical skills;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will be professional, personable and approachable;
You will be a pro-active team player, keen to get involved with business development and networking.
