THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established firm in the Hertfordshire area. This position is suited to a Solicitor who is highly experienced and enthusiastic, whilst taking initiative in their duties. The successful Solicitor will handle areas including: acquiring development land and business parks; advising on landlord and tenant matters; arranging and acquiring commercial leases and; advising on assets and leases. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, is a key essential to further grow the department. THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE;
You must have solid experience in dealing with Commercial Property matters;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
Having a flair for business development is essential;
You will be IT literate;
You will be professional and able to work well within a team.
