Debt Recovery Fee Earner - A well established and highly reputed firm with offices near Oxford, is looking to recruit a highly experienced debt recovery fee earner to join them on a long term fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward thinking firm that really focuses its attention to client care, and achieving a high standard of customer care. The role will involve handling a caseload predominantly made up debt recovery files, as well as more general commercial litigation matters. The firm is nationally recognised, so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and enhance your experience.

The Role

• Handling a caseload mostly made up of debt recovery files, but also including commercial litigation matters such as high level contract disputes, professional negligence, and property litigation.
• Providing a recoveries service with a client and customer service focus.
• Liaising with clients.
• Long term fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.

The Candidate

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Strong background handling debt recovery matters, and familiarity with preaction protocols, as well as an awareness of new protocols.
• Good background in litigation.
