City based law firm housed in stunning offices is looking to hire a new Receptionist/Office Assistant to support the Office Manager and provide support across all administrative areas of the London office.  Responsibilities will include all standard reception duties including answering the phone, meeting and greeting, booking couriers, organising and setting up meeting rooms, assisting the facilities team and any other ad-hoc duties that may crop up.  You will also be responsible for filing documents, assisting with arranging the start-up for new joiners, organising welcome packs, processing expense claim forms and maintaining stationery supplies.  Applicants should have great attention to detail, have good interpersonal skills and possess strong time management and multitasking skills.  Candidates should also have a good working knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package and have strong typing skills.  Standard hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm.
