Construction Associate (Contentious)

A highly regarded national law firm are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their renowned Construction and Engineering team based in Birmingham city centre. The firm's innovative and progressive team provide high quality commercial and legal advice to an impressive range of clients; including FTSE 100 & 250 clients. The firm is looking to expand their existing team and seeking a Construction Solicitor to deal with all contentious matters.

Candidate profile:

• Demonstrate experience in construction and engineering dispute resolutions
• Proven track record of providing clients with concise and accurate advice whereby they have been able to settle claims early and avoid disputes where possible
• With cases where proceedings arise you will be expected to possess the right skills to defend claims in the best interests of clients
• Ideally you will have trained with a leading practice with a dedicated seat in construction
• You will have an excellent academic record
• A high standard of organisation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
