Corporate Finance PSL

Our client is a leading knowledge information provider seeking a corporate finance lawyer to join the team as a senior PSL.

The role will cover the full remit of normal duties: writing and maintaining content, current awareness (ie daily alerts) to subscribers, responding to queries. The right person will have had exposure to public company work at a transactional level.

They ideally are looking for someone on a full time basis, but will look part time and also as a company endorse agile working.

This is a core area for the company, and as a senior editor it is an excellent opportunity to be part of a key team.
