In-House Legal Counsel - Innovation Foundation

I very well established innovation foundation that does fantastic work within the arts, technology and nature is seeking a Legal Counsel to be a key team member on exciting corporate and commercial work. You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and hugely varied range of commercial contracts in relation to the non-profit sector and get involved in a wide variety of projects including: data protection, trademark licensing, marketing both in the UK and globally.
Key Skills:
- Qualified solicitor - ideally 2 - 6 years PQE
- Experience in the not-profit sector
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and understand the business need as well as the legal requirements
- Solid experience in commercial and ideally corporate law
