JELD-WEN is a global manufacturer of doors and windows headquartered in Charlotte USA with global sales of nearly $4bn. Their product offerings encompass exterior and interior doors, windows and related building products which are sold through multiple distributions channels including retail, wholesale distributors and building products dealers.

JELD-WEN Europe is major region for the company, with 26 operations across 11 countries, contributing c$1bn in sales. The European Group is led by a leadership team based in Solihull and is seeking a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the European operations.

As the primary commercial contract lead, you will manage the review and approval process of predominantly sales and procurement contracts of varying size and complexity across Europe. This high profile role is designed to enhance the capability of the commercial sales teams by providing timely advice and technical expertise. A robust, strategic thinker, you will provide strong clear contract leadership  and direction to ensure on-going success and best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a legal and/or business background and prior experience managing cross-border contracts in a diverse European environment. Fluency in English is required and a second European language preferable. You will be a strong relationship builder, a confident and influential communicator with a demonstrable track record of achieving results.
