Commercial Property - NQ

My client is looking for a talented Commercial Property solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in their Southampton office.

My client is a national Top 100 law firm who are thriving in the current market. Due to success year on year, my client is steadily expanding and are looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor into their motivated and talented Commercial Property department. My client is an award-winning firm with ambition who know exactly where they're going and are looking for the right individuals to help them achieve it.

The role will involve acting for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals in connection with a mixture of commercial development, investment, secured lending, landlord and tenant, corporate support work, residential development and mining, minerals and aggregates work.

Ideally you will be a newly qualified solicitor up to 2 years PQE with experience within Commercial Property. You will have had exposure to a range of Commercial Property transactions and will be commercially aware to enable you to advise clients on a range of issues.
