A great opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded London law firm’s Colchester office.

The successful Residential Property Paralegal can look forward to managing a caseload of securitisation matters, this entails transferring direct property ownership into indirect ownership through investment in securities.

This ideal Residential Property Paralegal will be a law graduate with some Paralegal experience, prior Property Paralegal experience would be extremely beneficial.

This role would really suit a law graduate who lives in or near Colchester and is looking for their first role at a well-regarded law firm.

This is a great opportunity to join the firm’s recently established Colchester office and work closely with fee earners who are top ranked in the legal directories.
