Regeneration Lawyer

Experienced Regeneration Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London. This post offers an extremely attractive length of contract due to the nature of the projects that are at a critical stage in development, offering up to 2-3 years in length.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced regeneration lawyer particularly within the field of property to undertake a senior role with managerial responsibilities within a well-regarded public sector organisation that is renowned for its high quality work and excellent supportive environment. This role will be working on high profile housing regeneration matters. The client is looking for someone to come on board and take the lead with the clients on prioritising projects within the team and drive these projects through to completion while managing client expectations.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be experienced within compulsory purchase orders, housing development and local government law however the client is keen to hear from candidates with a public sector and private practice background.

Any previous managerial experience would be highly beneficial for this role. The office is excellently positioned, situated within walking distance from the nearest train station, making this role easily commutable from London. There are also shops are restaurants a stone's throw away from the office, making this a very sociable place to work.
