A leading Thames Valley practice require the assistance of a residential property solicitor on an interim basis to cover a period of holiday leave in September.
The caseload will comprise of:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Leases and lease extensions
- New builds
- Plot sales
The properties the team handle are of high value. There will be full secretarial support available.
Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of three years’ experience in handling a full residential property caseload.
