Asbestos Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Solicitor to join an established Legal firm in North West on a locum basis. The client is looking for a candidate with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record of handling Claimant Personal Injury files including Asbestos.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a full caseload of Claimant Industrial Disease files, having to deal with all aspects of the role including:

• Dealing with a caseload of up to 45 asbestos cases
• The candidate must be self-sufficient and have the ability to assess liability, causation and quantum

Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive equivalent and they will consider a candidate qualified by experience. It is essential that the candidate has had experience handling asbestos claims.
